
Baileys Whipped Chai Dalgona Coffee
How to Make
Start with Chai Syrup:

3 Tbs Prana Chai Original Blend

3 Tbs Sugar
-
3/4 Cup Water
Dalgona in separate bowl:

3 Tbs instant coffee
-
3 Tbs hot, thick Chai syrup

Whip to cool and until thick
Stirred:
-
Pour 50mL Baileys Original & 150mL milk over ice, into a glass

Add dollop of Dalgona on top
Shaken:
-
Put ice, 50mL Baileys Original & 150mL milk into a cocktail shaker

Shake, shake, shake
-
Float Chai Dalgona whip on top of shaken Baileys and milk
