
Boozy Chai Latte
Warm up from the inside out with a spiced (and spiked) chai!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup water
- 20g any Prana Chai Blend
- 1 strip of orange peel
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 30ml spiced rum
- 10ml Cointreau
METHOD
- Combine the water, Prana Chai, orange peel and maple syrup in a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil and turn off the heat
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve
- Add the rum and orange liqueur and stir
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired and serve warm.
