Doing More with Chai
Chai..... it’s not just for warm tea. There are countless ways to integrate healthy, tasty chai into your everyday life. Here is one for all of you, sneaky chai drinkers:
- 60ml brewed Prana Chai (chilled) (20g Prana Chai + 100ml water, simmered for three minutes and then strained)
- 60ml whiskey
- 15ml Grand Marnier
- 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Tools: a bar spoon, a strainer, a mixing glass
Garnish: orange twist
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
