We ship via different suppliers in the UK and EU. You will get a tracking info with your order confirmation (or shortly after order confirmation) If you haven't received this yet please email info@pranachai.eu to get in touch with us. The delivery days differ from country to country depending on how far you are located to one of our distribution centres.

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE SHIPPING COST AND WHY IS THIS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Shipping and handling charges are calculated according to the distance between the country that you are ordering from and our dispatch centers.. They are determined by the weight, dimensions, and distance from our warehouse to the destination. Because of this, we can not estimate the shipping cost BEFORE you enter your postcode/country information.
